who’s adam Lambert.
i agree. He just doesnt get it. Ellen doesnt either. it wasn;t the kiss, it was all the crotch grabbing, and he said other people have done worse like that. But the fact was that they were on a different network like MTV.
I agree; I don’t think it was the kiss itself that upset people, but rather the sum of it all. We’re not a society that completely embraces homosexuality yet – I think if he was smart about it, he should have ‘eased’ to it. It didn’t bother me, but I think for most people it was simply too much too soon. You can’t really throw together a performance consisting of sadomasochistic themes (which make most people uncomfortable as it is) and tie it together with the homo-erotica. Most people can’t quite accept that yet – it was too much, too soon. That said – his Album is flying off the shelves, so I suppose that joke’s on us.
I agree that the kiss was the least offensive of his performance.. I thought Ellen was way to easy on him but I wasn’t surprised..
I LOVE THE ELLEN SHOW
So what is your question?
I have a 29 yr old gay son, and I am all for gay rights including marriage.
But I am also for keeping things appropriate, and he crossed a line in prime-time TV. His performance was vulgar, unnecessary, and inappropriate. I have never been a fan of his push-the-envelope radical gayness. He needs to tone it down before his only fans are the S&M gay crowd.
At first I thought that he is really a straight guy, he even denied his real gender after the rumor came out after American idol, but then he showed it with his Music videos, interviews, and in any Music awards. I like him as a singer, love his Songs, especially the OST of 2012.
