Do you think America voted for Kris or against Adam?
I don’t think America voted for Kris because they were really his fan. I think that America voted for Kris because they didn’t want Adam to win. I don’t think people really cared if Adam made it to the finale, they just didn’t want him to win.
Also, I think Adam will be more successful than Kris, and I can’t wait to see Adam and Allison on Tour this summer!

I totally agree. Adam is so talented, and he will make it big someday. It’s totally wrong for people to vote AGAINST someone. I felt so bad, and I’m a huge Adam fan.
I think that when it was the top 2 there were people who liked Adam and who liked Kris. Yes there probably were a few people who voted for one because they disliked the other, but I think there was another reason why Kris won. I mean think about it, when Danny left, who were his fans going to vote for? Is Danny more like Adam or Kris? Kris. The majority of Danny’s fans probably voted for Kris. But Adam rocks, especially when him and Allison sang that duet to “Slow Ride”!!! I mean seriously, what kind of people would vote Kris over Adam? Adam is STILL going to have the bigger and better career, so GO ADAM!!!

yep and i wonder if they didn’t vote for adam because he’s supposedly gay. i think that he’s alot better singer and performer than kris is. i hope he makes an Album and goes platinum with it. i liked allison too, they were my 2 favorites
Adam has a huge FAN base. Obviously, KRIS did too.
It’s really sad that people are still upset about Kris’s win. THEY are both likable people. They will both have successful Careers because of their FANS.
I’m happy for BOTH of THEM! I was never really a Adam FAN because American Idol premise is about discovering unknown talent NOT struggling artist like Adam. Adam tried to be discovered for years in Hollywood/LA and nobody gave him a chance until AI. Kris was just a college student who tried for American Idol because he loved Music and wanted a career in Music. I wanted Allison or Danny to win. I was their biggest fans. Kris had the It Factor and he grew through out the show. Incredible ending!
As far as America voting for Kris just so Adam would lose; We shall never know: 100,000 million VOTES. Adams fans should have stayed on those phone lines for the four hours. I used two phones to vote for Kris for two hours!
American Idol had many talented singers this season. Have fun watching the summer Tour!
They mostly voted against Adam.
Adam was my favorite, but to many Americans, Adam was just too “far out there” with his looks, style, and sexual orientation. I’m from NYC and lived in San Francisco for 18 years, so Adam wasn’t strange to me. I just thought he had the most talent of anyone else competing this year.
Yes, he’ll be more successful than Kris…without a doubt.
