I was watching TV the other day and they blocked out the lesbian kisses..!!!?
The other day when I was watching TV, on 2 different TV shows these 2 girls kissed. And It blocked was out and covered over. But on the other show where 2 gay guys kissed it wasn’t covered.
I swear it’s popular and most girls kiss girls anyway nowadays =

BY THE WAY I’m from London, England. They showed Adam Lambert and that guy kissing at the VMA’s but covered it up in USA. Is UK homophobic against lesbians?! :

The uk is alot more homophobic towards gay men then gay women, but, overall, we’re not doing to bad on the gay rights thing.
Weird. Was the show from another country? Maybe the other country blurred them and the channel bought them that way? I suppose watersheds might have something to do with it but I’m sure I’ve seen gay kisses on morning UK TV before…

The United Kingdom(s) on my opinion are very fair upon the gay and lesbian community because if you look not far away to America there you see gay bashes and religious nut’s trying to squirm these innocent human souls.
And in the UK nobody gives a rat’s ass perhaps the teenagers but that is only because of bad parenthood.
Being bi-sexual my self is quite hard and dealing with because my parents find it shocking that I like men and women at the same time (they only find it normal to like one at a time) and want me to take a choice but I’m so hell of a confused! And most of my English friends are very open towards me and I am to my self an English person because I have family there and I live in Iceland at the moment! I want to move away so bad. So I think the UK are okay with this might be some technical glitch or something and one interesting fact is that homophobia didn’t come up until the 18th-19th centuries and before then people didn’t give a rats ass of homosexuals people could do what ever they wanted so sort of in a way our civil rights have gone down the evolutionary scale.

they have tv shows here ,usa, where girls kiss and boys kiss and boys and girls kiss like on sitcoms or dramas or soap operas and made for tv Movies. The only time i have ever seen something get blocked out is if it was a live show (like when tatu was on jay leno back in 2003.
it depends on if the channel is aimed towards children and what time of the day it is or if it was a live event. Those are the only times they will block something.
about the vmas though i think it is funny how all this hype of children might have seen adam’s man kiss at 11pm when it aired but NO ONE made a big deal about how janet (at 8 pm when more children would have been likely to be up) was standing there grabbing her vagina and cupping a male dancer’s balls from behind. right in front of the camera.
Interesting, it’s the other way around here (US). Lesbians can make out all they want, but when guys do it, you got the FCC on your a$$.
