So, 2009, craziest year of the decade?
I think we can all agree that 2009 was the craziest year of the 2000s.
Lady Gaga (love her!), Taylor Swift and Kanye West, celebrity deaths like Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett, etc., Chris and Rihanna incident, Susan Boyle, Jon and Kate Gosselin, Octomom, the Parachute hoax, Tiger Woods, Adam Lambert…the list goes on and on.
2009 was one wacky year. Star if you agree.

My favorite part of this year was all of the media attention Michael was getting, lol.

I never expected so much craziness in one year, seriously its been bizzare, so many weird stuff on the News like the parachute hoax you mentioned, so much more violence than i ever anticipated which makes me sad tbh cos i hate seeing things like that , and the unforgettable tragic moments like when MJ died, thats something that hurt me bad and i’m not gonna forget it :/

I never expected MJ to die, that shocked me so so much,
and y’know a lot of good things have happened like the 1st black president, the Copenhagen summit might do good for climate change hopefully
But i just want the violence that we see day in day out to stop cos its wrecking the world big time.
But yeah, i want to move on to 2010 see what that brings us, more happiness i hope

I mean Michael Jackson died, I NEVER expected that too happen when it did, that was a BIG BIG shock, We Lost the greatest legend of all time in my eyes.

There is a hell of alot of violence as well. But yeah 2009 and was a crazy year ha!
I’m well pleased about lady GaGa I love her, cause she’s soo different , what she wears her videos her lyrics EVERYTHING is just so unique and thats what i love, she doesn’t copy of anyone she’s herself i’m glad she started this year

2009 has been an extremely crazy year. The deaths have been the worst things of the year though. There is even a magazine full of farewells to celebs who have passed away this year. My favorite things of the year have been when I met Cloris Leachman back in April, when I went to Florida for the 1st time in my life back in June 2009, and I got a few nice autographs from some of my favorite celebs through the mail.
It was an extremely dramatic year for sure!
Yeah I truely think it is. Did you watch that thing on VH1!! Cuz I did and they were talking about stuff from MJ’s death, to the Kanye West/Taylor Swift incident, to Lady Gaga, to the Twilight Saga!
Hmmm……Probably my sister’s high school graduation or either going to see This Is It, and another thing that I LOVED from 2009 was all the love MJ got. Especially on here. That was so much fun.
