I am just happy my children did not see the program. This was utterly disgusting, it is one thing to be homosexual, it is a whole other thing to be almost pornographic on prime time programming without regards to anyone.

He is proof of how far down our culture has sunk. He is an example of life lived without morals or a fear of God. This is the world atheist and agnostics want to bring about. Where nothing is wrong and everything you do sinful is accepted and praised. They want to turn this country into Sodom and Gomorrah and judgment will come.
My view was that his theory of performances by women who are powerful and comfortable in their sexuality have been ‘tolerated’ for years (anyone remember Britney and Madonna locking lips, or Madonna’s cone bra of the 90′s?) so why should he have to be anyone but who he is. If you don’t like it you can always turn the channel. The only reason that there is such an uproar over this is because of his sexual orientation. Melrose Place, Desperate Housewives and countless other prime time shows have been on before his performance, during it and will remain on after it that could be construed as just as ‘pornographic’, but they are ok because they feature heterosexual relations.
When I read your question, I got curious and saw Adam’s video on YouTube. I think I saw enough.
Adam must have had a very difficult time hiding in a closet, but he didn’t have to come out that way. Disgusting and he acted as if it is the right thing to do. Well, he is dead wrong!
We have gay communities around and I have mature gay friends who are respectful of others. But Adam? He is hungry and is going wildly out of his closet.
I will not say that we are happy that Adam did not win the American Idol title, but he should have thought twice before performing. Think about kids watching the show.
If he really wanted to perform sleazy dance, he should do it at gay bars!
