All those things he did………..I just viewed it as a dance!

He had a guy on a leash and shoved a guys face up against his crotch. The kiss really wasn’t a big deal but the other stuff was ridiculous. I don’t think that was necessary. If that’s what he has to do to get an audience or impress them then he obviously has no real talent. All that had was shock value. It will wear off eventually. Real talent sticks.

Honestly, i think its unfair for Adam to be treated like that by media especially ABC who keep on giving BS reasons. Unfortunately, GLAAD also not very giving support to Adam because they think that Adam did not perform what he did in reheasal. For me, no matter what, GLAAD should support Adam because if gay community like GLAAD did not support him, homophobic will be more aggressive towards gays.

I agree, that what he did was a minor part of the show. These theocons and other intolerant people, should become less up tight and get used to it. Society is evolving , and if they don’t adjust, their lives will become even more miserable than ever.
Double standards. His performance wasn’t half as shocking as what Britney, Christina Aguilera, Madonna, etc. have done in the past. His kiss with that dude was so brief if one blinked they would’ve missed it.

Adam went a bit over the top, simulating oral sex etc., but it didn’t bother me too much. I think Adam learned some lessons from the experience. What’s really p*ssing me off is the way ABC is boycotting him from shows now. I think ABC is perpetuating this whole thing. Adam’s a very decent human being, a great guy, and an incredibly talented person.
I think ABC has some really hypocritical values. For example, they have all kinds of sexual situations on Cougar Town where Courtney Cox’s character is giving BJs etc. That’s okay for prime time TV but let’s lambast Adam Lambert into the next century. BS!
I thought Janet jackson’s 8 minute of grabbing herself opening was worse. She grabbed a dancer’s balls from between his legs right to the camera. When adam kissed the guy it was all the way panned out and quick.
People worry because of kids seeing. Adam’s performance was at 11pm janet’s was at 8pm when is a more likely time that a child would have been watching.
I am not a fan of adam’s but i think it was unfair to single him out when people have done worse on shows, specifically the opening of that show.
