I love them both to death. I think he will go farther than Kris anyways, and that the label of “Winner of American Idol” doesn’t matter because so many people who won didn’t take advantage of it, they sat around.
Chris Daughtery got 4th and he’s done amazingly, and I think David Archuletta is doing better than Cook.
Honestly, they are both soooo talented, but I think I’d listen to Kris more so idk.
because of the result……AMerican Idol should be caneled for new seasons. they are truly unable to recognize talent.
Adam is not only talented in Music but stage presents and preforming, and acting.
So when Adam is ini Movies or has mega Music hits, Kris, wife and and two kids or more, he will be back to regular job.
Yes Adam Lambert should have won. His vocal range is phenomenal, much better then Kris. I think Kris won because most of the people that listen to American Idol listen to Kris’s kind of Music. But Adam actually said he was fine with it. The people that come in second usually go farther. I mean look what happened to Daughtry. I like Kris but people voted for him because of his looks and his type of Music. I actually said in the top 13 Adam and kris are gonna be in the top two but Adam is gonna win.
No hard feelings toward Kris both are very talented decorated singers and they will both go far.
FYI, for millions of non-under-rock-dwellers and non-cave inhabitants who followed the show all season, this was a shock. Many wanted, or at least expected, a more flamboyant rocker guy named Adam Lambert to win.
Some Idolmaniacs had theories (or conspiracy theories) as to why this season’s dark horse (Kris) prevailed over the more obvious frontrunner (Adam): that conservatives were put off by rumors surrounding Adam’s sexuality or by his penchant for mascara and over-the-top theatrics; that the general public was fatigued by premature Lambert hype perpetrated by Simon Cowell, Entertainment Weekly, and Katy Perry; or that maybe 38 million Arkansans CAN be wrong. But even though Kris’s victory seemed like an anti-climactic conclusion to an unusually exciting Idol finale featuring great performances by Kiss, Queen, and comedic genius Norman Gentle, he IS the new American Idol, like it or not. And apparently enough Americans do like it (the guy won by public vote, after all), so perhaps it is time to move on…
Kris Allen is seriously the most annoying guy I’ve ever seen… Why does his stupid mouth wander off to the side when he’s singing? It makes me want to slice him up.
I think Adam Lambert DEFINITELY should have won. But that’s most Americans for you… Homophobic and scared of anything that’s slightly left of center.
Think about it, they chose artists whom they most resembled: Keith Urban for Kris (who’s not THAT successful, seriously who heard about him before he married Nicole Kidman?) and Kiss for Adam Lambert. Who HASN’T heard about Kiss? Jeebus.
Although, I’m not really that bothered to tell you the truth. I know that Adam Lambert’s going to be successful anyway, whereas Kris Allen will probably release one Album and then fizzle out.
I think Adam should of won but if he did win he would have a contract with american idol and he want be able to sing what he wants to sing because they would choice for him so I’m kind of glad he didn’t win because I want him to sing what he wants to sing!!!!!!!!!

Kris is okay, but he’s not anything new.
In the long run, Adam will win and out sell Kris by miles.
History is just going to repeat itself, look at what happened to Ruben and Clay. Even though Ruben won, in the end, Clay came out to be on top, while Ruben just slowly faded away.
I was shocked when Adam did not win . I really feel with the right people backing him He could become the The next Elvis Presley ! I can see him in Movies just like Elvis too ! This Guy is great! He has got that certain thing that is very rare in a person you can see it and feel it at the same time . I have never felt this way about a singer since Elvis Presley or The Beatles for that matter. I know a lot of people feel the same way about him.

Last year David Cook won and should have. He is so much more exciting to listen to than that little kid, David Archaletta. This year, imho, Adam Lambert was the most exciting singer ever on Idol. Kris Allen would put me to sleep if I had to listen to him sing. Time will tell!
Yes. I do think that Adam Lambert should have won because he is a much better singer. I could remember him better, and pick his voice out when they would all sing together. Kris was just too plain… I am really sad he didnt win. But, honestly, I think that it does not matter if you win or lose on American Idol, it is just sticking around long enough for you to be discovered. Still I ? Adam Lambert!

I totally agree! First of all were you able to vote last Tuesday? I couldn’t get through at all. I tried at least 10 times all 3 numbers and always got a busy signal. I think a lot of votes were blocked! I think some prude in the Idol Corp has a thing against Gays and limited Adam’s calls! (even though Adam never admitted to being Gay.) Who gives a hoot anyway? Should we not promote Chris Atkins, or Elton John. This country is too nuts!

I 100% think that Adam should have won! He had a way better voice, an actual personality, and an incredible vocal range! I was in shock when i found out that Kris won. I think Adam will still get to make an Album and he should be fine

I think Adam should have won. Kris is ok but he is not the best singer in this competition. I heard the Danny’s votes also got transfered to Kris’ votes. But I know Adam will be a better artist than Kris : D
